Q: When will my order ship?

A: Most orders take approximately 1 to 3 business days to process. In addition to the processing time, transit time can vary depending on the method of shipping you selected.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after you receive the item.  Items must be in new, unopened condition.  There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on used or opened items.

Q: Do you warranty the items you sell?

A: The products we sell are typically covered under the manufacturer's warranty.  The warranty varies from manufacturer to manufacturer so please check with the manufacturer's website for details.  We do not provide any additional warranty.
